Who we are
Monument Prevention Coalition ("MPC", "we", "us") is a community partnership that helps schools and communities across Nebraska prevent substance use and support healthier outcomes for youth. This policy explains what information we collect through mpc-ne.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out the form on our Get Involved page, we collect what you enter: your name, school or organization, role or title, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), and your message.
We use this information only to reply to you, to talk with you about our programs and support, and to keep a record of our work with your school or organization.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure and working well. We do not use this information to identify you.
Our site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The form on our Get Involved page is provided by our contact management service and may use cookies that are needed for the form to work.
Youth surveys
Our Human Performance Project Youth Survey is hosted on Google Forms. The survey is anonymous and does not ask for names or contact details. Responses are used only to improve our programs. Google’s own privacy policy applies to information collected through Google Forms.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and manage our contacts (for example, our website host and our contact management service), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for school leaders, educators, parents and community partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect and keep information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep contact information only as long as we need it to work with you or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
